If you are less than truthful on a resume, realize that sooner or later the truth will come out. I hate to terminate a good new hire because I’ve discovered that information on the resume or application has been falsified or exaggerated.

I have been coaching a recent college graduate on how to find a job. It is amazing and frustrating to see how unprepared most college graduates are when it comes to finding a job after graduation. But, looking back, so was I.
