Thoughts 11-8-2009 Buyers & Sellers - Let's Dance

Another great week draws to a close. This weekend Sara and I had 4 of our listing show and two have positive responses. Now the task of converting a positive comment into a bona-fide offer begins. On one hand you have sellers living in the past and can not understand that prices have falling in the past and most likely will fall more, in our area, no matter what they hear on TV. And, on the other hand you have buyers who believe if you offer more than 50 cent on the dollar they are giving money away. OH WELL, let the dance begin.

What I really need is a good Sunday afternoon nap to ponder on all of this. LOL
